- The request for a refund is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Consumables such as ink cartridges and toner cartridges once opened or used
- Customized or special-order products
